The AU sent me this. Anyone interested? Think a few years ago fencing people all did one together, so maybe people want to again? Bear in mind that our training weekend is on the 24th and 25th, so if you want to do this you'd have to take option #2: 1st/2nd May. Training weekend is not to be missed!!!

To those who want to make a difference,

Fancy having an adrenaline surge and a warm fuzzy feeling at the same time?

This year, RAG and SU Skydive Club are giving YOU the opportunity to do a skydive for charity!

The jumps will take place on the 24th and 25th April* as part of RAG Week 2010 at an army base in Wiltshire.

To sign up, all you need to do is give a £10 membership fee.

You then need to raise £300 by Tuesday 20th April which will include the cost of the jump, transport, a t-shirt and a donation to this year's RAG charities: Save The Children, Macmillan Cancer Trust and Naomi House Children's Hospice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have an amazing, once in a lifetime experience and raise money for charity at the same time.

E mail skydive@soton.ac.uk with the subject header "Charity Skydive" to arrange payment of the membership fee and then start raising money to be part of our effort to raise thousands for these charities that desperately need it.

* Those who cannot attend the event on the 24th/25th April should contact us asap so we can arrange your jump for the 1st/2nd May.

Blue skies

Sean Hughes (skydive), Rebcca Hall (RAG) and Garrick Taylor (skydive)

Hitting the ground at terminal velocity has always been one of my phobias.
