Hi
As far as I know for if somebody want to start Sabre fencing they need extra prodection since the club dont have everything (eg breaches).
I would like to do Sabre this year and Im sure there will be few other people. Can somebody more experienced tell us what extra protection do we need for Sabre?

You need breeches, socks ect, and it would be advisable to pick up a 800N plastron if you intend to do electrics too. Last year we were somewhat lacking in sabres and sabre masks, but I think some have been ordered in new for this year. Best just to come along to the 1st training session on Thursday and ask around tho I expect as if you want to order some new kit as there'll probably be a club order sometime before Christmas.
